The first SO33i launches in Australia
by Jeanneau Australia
Last week the very first Sun Odyssey 33i was launched in Australia. Launched at the Royal Queensland Yacht Squadron, the Sun Odyssey 33i will spend the first few weeks cruising Moreton Bay.
The owners, Keith and Sharyn Merkley of Brisbane, have chosen the twin rudder, lifting keel version of the SO33i. The draft on this version is 0.85m - 2.20m , ideal for beaching and ensuring no hidden harbour or cove goes unexplored. Combined with a balanced sail plan and excellent use of cockpit space, this yacht will give the new owners many years of sailing pleasure.
The S033i was sold through Mooloolaba Yacht Brokers. For more information contact your dealer.
Stay tuned for a full boat test on this remarkable new yacht.
