The Jeanneau 64 beat out a field of 10 nominees to take home this prestigious award at the annual Asia Boating Awards held in Hong Kong. The prize was jointly awarded by Asia Pacific Boating and China Boating.
The judges singled out the design, comfort, ease of handling and performance as the winning factors.
The Asia Boating Awards recognises the best of the nautical industry in Asia and internationally.
Jeanneau has dominated this category in recent years with the Sun Odyssey 509 winning Best Worldwide Production Sailing Yacht in 2013.
This award is the first major award for the Jeanneau 64 and it is an outstanding endorsement of the potential the Jeanneau 64 represents.
