The Swanson 36 is a classic blue water cruising yacht. This boat, built in 1984 and was among the last built by the Swanson brothers, it includes their updated keel shape and GRP deck (both major upgrades Vs earlier models). She was professionally fitted out in teak by John Worchurst in Sydney. 

Accommodation comprises: A double V berth for’d, Toilet & shower , 2X settee berths in main Saloon, and a large quarter berth on the starboard side aft.   The saloon area, beautifully appointed in teak and burgundy upholstery with cane fronted upper stowage lockers, has a dining area with seating for seven to starboard, and settee to port.

Aft of the saloon is the galley area to port, with a 2 burner stove, grill & oven, Large fridge (eutectic) with a top and separate side opening drinks box , and plenty of stowage. To starboard there is a great chart table/nav area with instrumentation and a 1/2 chart size table. The lazarette has a bench and lots of organised stowage.

This is a 2 owner yacht, with the current owner having owned and cared for the boat from 1998, through this period, she has enjoyed an extensive programmed maintenance schedule.

 She is fitted with a Yanmar 3QM 30hp diesel and 3 blade fixed prop ( full service history) and carries 170l of fuel.  She is equipped for extended coastal or offshore passages.
