This Philippe Briand designed 1989 Beneteau Oceanis 430 features the preferred three cabins with two heads layout providing spacious and comfortable living for up to six.

The huge forward owner’s stateroom features an island berth with a new feather top custom mattress ensuring restful sleep. There is an adjacent en-suite toilet & shower with a second shower / toilet compartment serving the two double berth aft cabins, all with pressurised hot and cold water and a new hot water system.

The full length galley on the port side has twin sinks, a gas stove and oven and a large fridge with plenty of bench space and lots of storage available. A second (new) 12/240v fridge is located in the starboard aft cabin.

The roomy, light filled saloon has a large dinette seating 6-8 with a central island seat with additional storage under. The interior is finished in delightful light oak timber throughout. All the cushions and upholstery were replaced late in 2014.

The economical Yanmar 45hp diesel was installed new in 2009 and includes spare parts and workshop manual. The propeller is a 3 blade feathering Autostream, providing motoring and sailing efficiency.

Raymarine electronics include Radar, E80 GPS & Plotter and Autopilot, There is a VHF radio and a Fusion stereo system with iPod connectivity.The yacht is equipped with 240v shore power, 2 Solar panels, a 12v-240v inverter plus a Cruz Pro power management system.

The large cockpit, well protected by a new spray dodger & Bimini shade with link sheet, is great for entertaining with a central drop side table and an easily accessible third large fridge/freezer behind the port cockpit locker. New cockpit cushions fitted 2014.

Fitted with new standing rigging in 2007, she has a headsail furler and Lewmar self-tailing winches. The sail wardrobe comprises a fully battened Doyle mainsail with lazy jacks & new boom bag, a new 2014 furling genoa, a composite # 1 genoa, a furling #2 and a little-used asymmetric cruising spinnaker plus a storm jib.

There is a separately accessed large forward storage compartment so you won’t need to have sails and gear in the accommodation areas. An electric anchor windlass makes light work of anchoring.
