Brewer Pan Oceanic 38 is a classic Ted Brewer (USA) offshore cruising design, solidly built in hand laid GRP. Very roomy and comfortable with acclaimed sea keeping qualities, this is a yacht that can handle any conditions. Her roomy Pilot house and dual helm stations ensure all weather sailing in comfort. Delightfully appointed with traditional laid timber decks and floors and solid timber cabinetry throughout, she exudes classic yacht style.
Her generous accommodation features two large double berths and two singles with a configurable dinette option in the Pilot house. Her galley is fully equipped including a gas stove and oven, microwave oven and refrigeration. There is plenty of storage and the galley is practical for use when at sea. She has an enclosed electric toilet with a separate shower.
The yacht is powered by a reliable 65 HP fresh water cooled Vetus Peugeot diesel engine which comes with a comprehensive selection of spares filters, impellers, drive belts etc. 6 batteries, shore power, Inverter and Heart Interface manage the electrics.
She has all the wanted cruising electronics including GPS / Plotter/ Radar and Autopilot while. Icom HF and GME VHF radios provide excellent communications.
The yacht was slipped and anti fouled late September 2014 when the rig was inspected satisfactorily. A good wardrobe of sails includes furling headsails, storm sails and an MPS/Gennaker.
