“Jean” is a traditional double ended net boat common working Port Phillip fishing fleets in the 1920’s.
This great vessel was designed and built by JJ Savage Boatbuilders in 1927, and was extensively restored by Dugga Beasley recently.
“Jean” features a near new timber mast and rigging, brand new running rigging, good compliment of dacron sails,Yanmar diesel with feathering stainless steel propeller and Navman instruments.
“Jean” has enjoyed podium places in Port Phillip Classic Races and is a well found respected classic waiting for a new home.
