2007 Med-Cup boat that has been campaigned in Australia since mid-2008. Has been drysailed (the hull and foils have a gloss finish) and professionally maintained here in Williamstown since being launched, with no expense spared on sails (including 3Di), equipment, and rating optimisation. A fully demountable shipping cradle is included.
Major modifications/IRC optimisations include the fitting of a bowsprit (2008), rudder redesign (2008), twin backstay/square top mainsail reconfiguration (2009), full electrical/instrument re-wiring (2009); new mast and rigging (2010) and keel fin modifications (2011).
The yacht features both inshore and offshore configurations, the major differences for the offshore mode being replacement of the tiller with twin wheels, use of lazy jacks, fitting a 2:1 nonlocking main halyard, and replacement of the hydraulic forestay ram with a bottle screw fitting.
